Overt Grab & Go was launched in 2012 by Andrew Douglas and Noah Stephens, who met while studying in Paris and shared a passion for culinary exploration. Inspired by their travels and diverse food cultures, they set out to create convenient, high-quality meals that are both delicious and healthy—perfect for busy lifestyles yet sophisticated enough for family and friends.
Starting in Colorado, they’ve now expanded to 11 states across the Western U.S. Drawing from Noah’s farm upbringing in Minnesota and Andrew’s Spanish and American heritage, Overt’s culinary philosophy focuses on seasonal eating, local produce, and transparency, ensuring every meal reflects their commitment to fresh, quality ingredients.
